Having started his early career in the Royal Navy,, a strong set of values were installed in James which, to this day, still underpin his approach to business.

Described as an intelligent leader, James always works with high levels of integrity and fortitude, putting his wealth of hands-on experience to good use, Having operated at senior level within some impressive environments, James is an accomplished speaker, trainer, coach and mentor.

With a passion for motivational leadership, James is highly experienced and engaging, with a professional track record in leadership, sales and organisational development. His skill in communicating evident by the many relationships has established throughout his experienced career., alongside the many he has managed, coached and mentored over the years, who themselves have gone on to achieve great success too.  A fact of which James is very proud and motivated by.

 

James enjoys influencing organisational development and the progression of those around him, recognising his own success as a natural consequence of putting corporate goals first.

On a personal level, James is a published author of both fiction and non-fiction musings, and has participated in many voluntary leadership roles, including Chairman and President of a premiership Cricket Club, Officer in Charge and Leadership advisor to the Sea Cadet Corps, and as President of a Toastmasters International Speaking club.

With an infectious personality, a hunger for life and all its challenges, James is a doting father and loving husband, who works to inspire everyone around him, following in his family's background as successful business owners.
